Erosion as a result of Poor development practices

In the summer of 2009, after heavy rainfalls, several areas in Cranbrook were devastated by mud and debris originating from uphill developments.   Lower lying residences were severely affected by the resulting damage.  Joseph Creek also suffered from the erosion flowing into the creek.  Not good for the aquatic life!
